To ensure a balanced understanding of the rights of users and customers, we recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase. The current terms and conditions are presented in advance, in accordance with current legislation. Furthermore, www.asiliontravels.com makes the following Terms and Conditions of Purchase available to you, so that they may be stored and reproduced, thereby fulfilling its legal obligation to provide prior information. www.asiliontravels.com reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website, its functionality, and/or the content incorporated therein.

These General Conditions replace any previous general conditions that differ in content and/or obligations, which will become null and void.

Booking the Asilion Travels service implies acceptance of these general conditions, which have been prepared in accordance with current regulations and are the only ones applicable to the provision of the Asilion Travels service.

FIRST.- HOW THE ASILION TRAVELS SERVICE WORKS

1.1.- Contact by the User

The user contacts Asilion Travels through any of the channels provided on the website www.asiliontravels.com. The user provides Asilion Travels with their information and the details of their intended trip.

1.2.- Planning Assistance

When Asilion Travels deems it appropriate, it will provide the user with advice on planning the trip they are organizing based on the information previously provided. This advice generally goes beyond the services provided by Asilion Travels and is based on our own experience and is for informational purposes only. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to verify the information provided. Under no circumstances will Elena Sainz Sánchez be responsible for any decisions the user may make based on such information.

1.3.- Payment for Services and Products

Payment for the reservation of the agreed-upon services and/or payment for the products will be made by bank transfer. After payment, the user will receive an email with a link to the reservation payment receipt. The user must download and keep the receipt on their computer, tablet, phone, or other device, or they can also keep it in hard copy if they prefer.

SECOND.- SCOPE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY ASILION TRAVELS

ASILION TRAVELS is not responsible for the following circumstances:

Late cancellations by Users.

ASILION TRAVELS will not be responsible under any circumstances for refunding amounts paid by its Users if they have not complied with the cancellation deadline established in the cancellation policy applicable to each service/product.

For delays or errors made by Users in reaching the meeting point for the booked activity. That is, ASILION TRAVELS will not assume any liability if the User misses the activity due to being late and/or not being at the corresponding meeting point.

For damages and thefts affecting Users and their property during the enjoyment of the booked activities.

For any injuries, damages, or accidents that the User may suffer while enjoying the booked activity, as well as for any injuries, damages, and accidents suffered by the User prior to the service that prevented them from enjoying it.

For any missed flights, trains, buses, or any other means of transportation. The User is solely responsible for knowing the departure time of their flight/train/bus and requesting the time of the activities according to said schedules.

For the weather conditions under which the Provider carries out the activities booked by the Users. Under no circumstances will ASILION TRAVELS be liable for these circumstances, and the service will therefore be deemed to have been properly provided.

THIRD - PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1. At the time of booking confirmation, the consumer must pay 30% of the package travel price, unless a different amount is established in the package travel contract.

2. Payment of the remaining price must be made no later than 30 days before departure, unless a different payment schedule is established in the package travel contract.

3. If the traveler fails to comply with the payment schedule, the agency may terminate the contract and apply the rules established for the traveler's termination of the trip before the scheduled departure in Clause 4.

FOURTH. CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1. Cancellation by the user

If you have to cancel your trip in whole or in part, ASILION TRAVELS will charge the cancellation fees defined below:

– 60-31 days: 30% of the non-refundable amount

– 30-15 days: 50% non-refundable

– 14 days or less: 100% non-refundable

If you have a valid reason for cancellation, your insurance will cover all cancellation fees.

Making a change to an already confirmed reservation for accommodations or dates is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the prices of those new dates, accommodations, etc.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance, which we will recommend during the travel preparation phases.

4.2.- Cancellation by the Company

Users' funds are protected by the travel guarantees of the Surety Insurance for Travel Agencies, policy number 022S00437CAV, INSURER: Markel Insurance SE, Branch in Spain.

FIFTH.- COMMUNICATIONS

Contact between the user and the Asilion Travels service will preferably be via email. For this purpose, ASILION TRAVELS designates the following address as valid: jambo@asiliontravels.com.

Asilion Travels may contact the user requesting feedback on the service provided, which may be published on the website www.asiliontravels.com or any other channel.

From the moment the user contacts ASILION TRAVELS by providing their contact information, they authorize ASILION TRAVELS to send them information that may be of interest to them regarding their trip, such as planning tips or discounts that may be useful to them. The user may request that further information not be sent at any time.

SIXTH.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, videos, and files in any format that the user or the SERVICE PROVIDER provides in connection with the service provided will become the exclusive property of the service owner, ASILION TRAVELS.

By traveling with ASILION TRAVELS, you agree to our terms and conditions.
