KILIMANJARO
Experts in Mount
Mount Kilimanjaro is a place where the earth touches the sky and time seems to stop.
It is not just a mountain, it is a journey to the depths of your being. Each step connects you with landscapes that change like an epic tale: misty jungles full of life, endless meadows that whisper freedom, and an overwhelming silence when you reach the snowy peak, where the entire world seems to unfold beneath your feet.
Here you not only ascend and climb, here you rediscover yourself.

Kilimanjaro is not a destination, it is a poem written with each breath in the purest air and each look at a horizon, that makes you dream beyond imagination.
It is an experience that transforms you, feeling each step as an echo of your own inner strength. No matter if you come for the adrenaline or the search for something deeper, Kilimanjaro gives you what you didn't know you needed: a moment to look at yourself from the top of the world. Because you don't just conquer the mountain; you conquer a part of yourself that you will never forget.

Tips for traveling to Tanzania
Documentation and insurance: • Make sure you take out a travel insurance with extensive coverage, including repatriation, medical care and adventure sports. • Bring your passport valid for at least 6 months with 3 blank pages, and process the electronic visa or upon arrival (50 USD). • If you travel to Zanzibar from October 2024, specific additional insurance will be mandatory.
Vaccines and health: • Get vaccinated against yellow fever if you travel from an endemic country or have a long stopover. • Consider the recommended vaccines (typhoid fever, hepatitis A and B, tetanus). • Prevent malaria: use repellents, clothing impregnated with permethrin and sleep under a mosquito net.
Climate and best time to travel: • Travel is possible all year round, but the dry season (June to October) is ideal for safaris. • During the green season (November to May), rains are more frequent, but the landscapes are lush and less crowded.
Currency and payments: • The local currency is the Tanzanian shilling (TZS). Bring American dollars or euros to change. • Use cash, since ATMs and card payments are not always reliable, and even in many places you will not find them.

Language and communication: • Swahili is the official language, but English is widely used. Learn some keywords for a more immersive experience.
Security: • Tanzania is generally safe, but keep your belongings under control, as in any other country in the world, avoid low-traffic areas at night and use official taxis. • Keep original documents in the safe box and carry copies with you.
Driving: • Drive on the left with caution, avoiding night trips. Bring your international driving license along with the one that you use in you residential country if you plan to rent a car. • Do not forget that in the national parks where safaris are carried out, it is prohibited to enter with private or rental vehicles, you can only do so with official guides and agencies.
Safari and animal watching: • June to October is ideal for seeing wildlife in parks such as the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. • Tip guides (10 u$d per day/person) and always follow the guide's rules for your safety and that of the animals.
Zanzibar: • The beaches and water activities are unmissable, but take extra measures against mosquitoes, since the risk of malaria is higher in this area.
